We don’t just buy lumber — we mill it ourselves. With our AC36 Cook sawmill, we can custom-cut your header boards, rafters, and roof decking using wide slab rough-cut lumber. Instead of using plywood, we can finish your boathouse roof with hand-cut, lightly stained planks — the same high-quality material we used on the fence at Jay’s Cut-through.
The result? An old-timey boathouse look and feel that nobody else around here builds — or even can build.

I’m Gary Fowler, and my crew and I have been building docks on Lake Sinclair since 1989. That’s over three decades of turning lakefront dreams into reality—one dock at a time.
